Winterizing & the NJ Draught??

This draught sucks, I need to change the oil and fog the motor but I can't use the water. I'm in Pt. Pleasant, where the draught is so bad cops are issuing tickets. Can I tow my boat to an out of town marina and pay for some hose time?

check the local law there is an allowment for water use in marine applications during a draught.

I live in Pitman ( South Jersey) and we can't wash cars or water lawns but they never said any thing about working on your boat.
I plan on doing mine the end of the month:)

DJM, if you want you could bring your boat to my house in Neptune City & winterize it in my driveway, i run my boat on the hose here alot & never had a problem yet. Can probably get up to a 30 ft.in driveway as my street isnt real wide. If this helps email me. ( rdan30 @aol.com )
