Default 28 Daytona Eliminator

What would a 28 Daytona Eliminator be like to run on Lake Ontario or other Great Lakes?

IF it is anything like a 26 Daytona ( 26 ft 10 inches ) It will be a very wet ride in anything over about 8 inch chop below 40 MPH.

I had a 28 Daytona, if the Great Lakes are like the Atlantic then it will be bad, if they are more like Biscayne bay on a busy weekend then no problem. Rides great up until the waves get bigger than 2' then you are either in the air or hammering the sticks to keep the speed up before the next wave sends you flying. And yes they sneeze like crazy below 40.

If you're talking big lake ontario vs. thousand islands / st. lawrence, it's too small. My 27 ( and especially the drive) takes a huge beating in waves over 2 feet.

The one I have seen for sale is a 2001.
Not sure if it is a tall deck.
