Put the boat up for the winter after one last run on Saturday. The air was a bit cool for the driver, but the motors sure sounded like they enjoyed it.

I made it the whole season with nothing more than a sick oil pressure gauge (yes, this time it was a actually bad gauge). The change to the System 1 filters stopped my oil filter failure problems. Checked them over closely while cleaning them doing the winterization and didn't find anything more than a half dozen little dirt flecks in them. No metal, no signs of water. Sure beats all the filter failures the prior year.

The boats up for the winter, so it's time to start working on the Corvette project in ernest ... and looking forward to new graphics in the spring (you'll have to wait till then to see the design).
