All they have to do is change the "from header" of there e-mail and it looks like it's from you. It's actualy pretty easy to do. The benefit for them is it gets around any spam filters your ISP might have.

That is BS---There should be fines and I mean big ones for this kind of action.

Be very careful with these. I have gotten some with a virus attached. The virus is labeled like your undelivered mail, when you open to see what didn't go through-you're infected.
