I see what you mean. That wasn't like that when I ordered mine last year. John probably got hacked by friends of one of his enemies. Wadda ya think? email him and ask him if you can send him a check or money order...
At $70 it is a bargain. The writing style is easy to read, the detail is just right, chronology is smooth, pictures are worth $70 by themselves. Indexes are unbelieveable....complete and accurate.

The book is available through Crouse. He must have them sitting in a Florida warehouse. Mine was a little musty smelling when I received it. Didn't bother me, only gave it more character, just like Crouse. It is well worth the $70.
