Hello all, new to the forum and doing an investigation on a "missing/stolen" boat.

Any assistance would be appreciated.


2003 35 Motion "Intimidator"

• Hull: Black/blue w/yellow flame graphic
midship
• Motion Poker Run Edition - Catamaran hull
• Closed bow
• Twin Mercruiser 540hp
• Engine Sr’s #: 540850330 & 540850331
• 2003 Motion trailer - double axle galvanized
• VIN #: 121BA35165M013239

HIN #: DUY35042J203 Florida Reg #: unknown

LOCATION OF INCIDENT: 12th Street NE, Naples, FL 34120
DATE OF INCIDENT: April 27, 2007
POLICE AGENCY: Collier County Sheriff (239) 774-4434
Police Rept #: 07-14255


A reward is being offered by the insurance company for information leading to the safe return and recovery
of the above vessel. Reward amounts for information leading to the safe return and recovery of the vessel shall be determined based on the strength of information and shall be at the sole discretion of the carrier. Assured, relatives of assured, or employees of entity offering reward, are ineligible for reward for recovery. With any information, call collect or immediately notify your local law enforcement agency.

Forget the incentive all should help to stop insurance rates from continuing to rise.

Nothing will stop insurance rates from continuing to rise. The insurance companies will just make more profit.

I just think we need to stop this boat thief.

april 27th , a little late to post that (no pun intended)...

someone probably saw that boat 6 weeks ago....


oso members are real good for seeing boats on hwy's ,etc...

How long ago was that boat that Packin Air saw out in the desert? I am sure that some one can find the link. I recall it being a cat that had yellow on it.

That was a 36 Eliminator and the owner was contacted. It was stolen out of his vacation home garage in havasu while he was not there.
