Question Sunseeker Mohawk 29?

Anyone know anything about these boats? Supposedly they were built by Bombardier in Canada (same folks that bought OMC after they went belly-up a couple years ago).

Mrs. DR and I are still looking for that perfect cruiser/performance blend, and this looks like an interesting boat. Plus it's cold, rainy, and ****ty here in Detroit, so it's a good time to b.s. about boats!

Sunseekers are awesome performance cruisers. You won't break any speed records but you'll do it in style.

I considered one and also the 30(mid 1990's)
Also considered the sea ray sunsport circa 1990- 1995.
Every once in a while the sunseeker pops up but big$$$$ I have seen a 29 in the 1000 islands poker run two years ago. Hot Knots in canada had it for sale not sure if it still is.
Great performance for what it is. Newer the better obviously

oh yeah sea ray's and on par with a bayliner if you put it next to a sunseeker. You cannot compare the biuld quality or the finish work.

i would never put sea ray next to sunseeker in build quality.
They may think so, but no way

Here's the one that caught my eye today, though there are a few more out there. puder, no need to do any digging on my account, we're a ways away from a new boat. Just doing the "internet shopping when I should be working" thing

Jb, I saw a Sunseeker 29 in the 2001 1000 Island Poker Run. It was an older model. The guy was from Canada and he had his family with him, wife and 2 kids. I was riding in a 2001 33' Outlaw.
This guy was out for a leisurely cruise and we were getting tossed around. That boat rode like a Rolls Royce. They are one nice boat. I think it was an 1989 edition. Can't go wrong on a Sunseeker.
