I know of the boat. The guy lives just north of me on Winnebago. Supposedly he swapped in the turbine and was hoping to make a commercial venture of it. He has a website out, I'll see if I can find the link.

Nice toy and a clean installation!
Too bad he didn't step up to at least an LTS101. The Allison is a great, reliable little engine, but is a little weak on hp and torque.
No doubt a real attention-getter at the docks though!

i dont understand this point...pls help me!
whenevr i look for some parts (-whatever).they are very pricey,specially turbine parts/aplication.but i see lots of turbine powered boats for sale under 20K. how come?!?
-are they expensive to take care of?
-is their life limited?
