Default Need opinion on new Porsche SUV

I'm still looking for a new SUV. The Lexus I wanted is no longer in production.

The new Porsche SUV will hit the US in about two months. They have a standard V-12 and a turbo version (which is total overkill engineering insanity in my opinion).

Has anyone heard anything about this vehicle?

Thank you in advance.
Jennifer

Just a correction, it's an aluminum v8 (350hp) or a bi-turbo version of the same motor which is (450hp), personally i'd go with the turbo, better all around motor.

jen,

i was working on formula cars all summer and the guy who's car I was working on runs the service department of a porsche dealer. He told me he sees more of the new porsches than the old ones. They just aren't quality anymore.

If you are looking to spend that much $$$ on "suv" get an X5. Cheaper, safer, better looking, better interior, better biult.

BUTT UGLY! Cross between a satrun view and a pontiac aztec. But it is a Porsche so I'm assuming a well built, great performing machine. Just my two cents.

Default size matters

I'll keep my suburban, and my toys stay in the garage all winter

Looks more like a station wagon than a SUV

Your right, It looks like the Saturn Vue. Except the Vue is American made and can be had for less than $23K

One of my clients told me today that the SUV might not be the way to go. He suggested the 4-wheel drive Jaguars.

I know nothing about cars or SUV's. I need the scope.

Thank you and best regards,
Jennifer
