K plane bushins?
Anyone know where to get those Neoprene bushings, Im guessing thats what theyre called, that go where the k plane and transom plate pin slides thru?

I found what i needed on McMaster Carr. Thanks guys for the replies. My tabs were made by KE marine, so they are slightly different than the merc ones.
