I wouldn't hesitate for one minute. Germany is a beautiful and gracious country with the largest US military installations outside of the US.

Besides, anybody that REALLY think we're going to war needs to stop watching so much television.

Don-
Chris was just over there for a week last month on business, and will be going back again in January for a couple. Absolutely no problems whatsoever.

My Wife has a patient who's son is stationed in Germany and called his father and made him cancel his plans to visit over the holidays the son told him it's not safe there....I'm planning on going but dont think I want my one year old daughter there.
My consern is fo my daughters safety and if I did'nt consider the risks I should'nt be a father!!

Dyno-
For what it's worth, I travel back and forth to Germany quite a bit.
It is just as "safe" there as it is anywhere else....

since 9-11 the security at most European airports seems much heavier than at any US airport.

I have stopped flying US carriers when I travel overseas, but that is just me...You can fly from JFK(NY) to Frankfurt in the lap of luxury on Singapore Airlines..The BEST airline I've ever been on !!
$300 round trip

Best,

Hans

go ahead and go. I go back and forth to Hamburg, it is fine. I have a business partner there and we are both back and forth. Go British Airways or Singapore Air, the business class is the only way to go on both. ( Delta is a pain in the ass) Quit watching tv, GW needs to finish one **** storm at a time. FIND Ben Laden and shoot that piece of **** before you start a new war.
