We are haveing our first meeting Sunday, Dec. 22 to decide on committee members and discuss all the specifics of the race. Not only do we need all the help we can get for the production of this race... but, if anyone has any prior experience with organizing a race, poker run or a large city event, be sure to make the meeting.
