760 CID Factory Big Block??

I caught a few minutes of a TV show last weekend about a motor that was designed for off shore racing. It was based on a BB Chevy bellhousing, flywhhel flange, and exhaust location and size. This appeared to be the only thing standard about it. It was a custom block, head, intake, crank, rods, and cam.

Anyone know what I'm talking about yet?

I'm trying to find information on it and can't find anything on the web.

If I heard correctly, in its smallest format it is 760 CID. I just seemed extra nice since it was designed after the BB Chevy but fixed some of its weaknesses and who wouldn't like to have a motor that starts life as 760 CID??

Please can someone tell who made this?
