Need a little help....
Anybody know where I could find info on a specific charge...not car related.....I guess you would call it a fight but it wasn't.....the battery code is 784.03 in Orange county Florida.....we went to Halloween horrror nights in Orlando last month and this kid pretty young maybe 15 or so starts barging through thenline and pushing people out of the way.....he goes by a small group of my friends and does the same......to which some of my buddies tell him back of the line kid......he says "****-off".....no big deal right ....well the line comes back towards us and he starts mouthing off....he's with a few little girls at thistime.....he gets up in my roommates face and starts spouting off again.....well this is gonna turn out to be a problem real fast.......to which I take him and turn him around by his head ......just like you would a small child that is about to walk into something.....and tell him specifically...."go away".....he hauls ass to the security and tells them that I pulled his girlfriends hair and either hit him or pushed him or something....I have no idea.......well security comes to me and escorts me out of line and they give me a trespass waring and take me back t the Limo we cane it.......everybody else got to stay and do whatever....I get to sit in the limo and well find something to do for the next three hours......No big deal right........Oh well just about an hour ago I get a notice to appear in court on friggin Dec 27.......DOH!!!!!!

Universal's security doesn't play games with the tourists. I know you're not guilty, but I'm surprised they didn't take to security HQ to discuss the problem. They have to deal with all forms of trouble from unruly drunks from City Walk to knife fights in the parking garage. I've seen many draged off property when I worked there.
I've been to Halloween Horror Nights once. I'll never go again. Way, way too crowded. Was only able to see two horror attractions before closing because of the long lines. Never again.

It's funny.....I found that too.......I called the Orange county office and they said obviuosly the State Att felt this was enough forth charges......the lady at the office said that my file is only 1 page and that is really nothing at all......apparently this is an arraignment hearing.......Sheeeesh.......looks like they are minors too......but the funny thing is this was NOT a fight in anyway or shape.....come on now.......I turned the kid around and told him "Go away".......no longer no shorter..those where my only words to him......and the funny thing is was I was probably saving him from getting his arse kicked.......He was mouthin off BAD.....He's obviuosly doing this impress to his little girl or whatever.....but Jeeez man...this is gonna go to court......WTF.....the words in the law code do say touching..so I'm nailed on that.....but holy carp man.......we would all go to jail if that was the case....this makes zero sense.......and two days after Christmas........Boy this outta be a fun holiday:rolleyes:

She did say this was a Misdeamenor though.....so who knows what that means.....:(

Oh and BTW the lady told me this was summons to appear not a subpeona......

I ran into the same type of problem before. The problem is you touched the little s---.
I don't have any suggestions other than possibly get a lawyer. Your defence would be that you were trying to save the little s--- from harm. Bring witnesses
A friends cheating wife jumped him from behind at a party and started to cat scratch the s--- out of him. He didn't even know she was at the party. Anyway he pushed her off and told her to leave him alone, but did not hit her.
She later that night went to her boyfriend/policeman and pressed charges on my friend for assault. She made it stick!
It's not fair but the one that cries first usually wins.

Funny you mention that.....that's what i was doing.....period....man I am NOT an aggressive person whatsoever......it's not my nature....it takes a whole helluva lot to get me going.......he was Torqueing with my buddy and he was about to get smacke to the ground....i stepped in and turned him around and told him to go away.......If someone grabbed her hair it WAS NOT me........No way No how.....and there will be NO lawyer.....at least not from me.....I don't have anymore DAMN money to spend......Did I mention this is on the 27 of December........WTF....In my original statement I made for the police report I said YES I did touch him .....I turned him around told him to "Go Away".......It's the fact that his little girlfriend was with him and he needed to Puff up his chest.......I was never even mad at this kid...I mean really......he resembled a girl and you would never hit a girl ??....right?.....why would i hit him......this is pure BS.......but I'm gettin stroked for it......WTF?:rolleyes:
