Originally posted by Audiofn When I talked to him he has not even really laid out the property lines yet. He said that this price gets you this much land you figure out how you want it positioned (within reason). He does not want me to buy a "spagetti" lot as the town will not allow it and he does not want that. He is sending me paperwork with the lots laid out as he thinks they should be and I hope to have it before I go up there on the 31'st to look around. Jon Does your proposed property have ingress/egress? If not, you will need to get an easement for some kind of access to the property. Don't settle for anything less Your best bet is to have the title company order a minimum standards ALTA survey. And then review the Table A for any additional items you want covered. It will cost you a little more but give you peace of mind in the future. Call me if you need any questions answered. |
Don't forget to get estimated time period for them to pave the road and install the street lights, as well as check if there is mail and trash pick up...:D :D
