I picked up the eyes at west marine, they are small and pricey, SS and about $1.50 each, then some 3/8 in length SS screws.
I am in the middle of my exhaust install, if I think of it I will snap a photo tomorrow. SABER, does owning twins mean you do not need storage, maybe not in MI, short seasons there.... LOL Bryan |

I bought some nylon bags from west marine screwed them to the bulk head in front of the engines ,works great!!but then again I have room in front of the engines!!!

Some good suggestions...I have the same problem, we use the large fenders so space is scarce. I like the eyelets and bungee cords.....another project for the list!

Bryan and others,
I took battery hold down canvas straps and mounted to port side of engine diamond plate. It has worked well so far, but to be honest is kind of a hassle. I would be real interested to see a picture of what you came up with Bryan. Tim Fitzgerald p.s. If you guys are looking to get some more speed (80 mph/ gps this fall) out of your 26ZX get in touch with me. The Livorsi Marine supercharger system I put on is awesome! |
