Hey everybody, I wanted to offer a couple of systems at special pricing to move, for 93-2002 454 330HP, 385HP, 415HP MPI engines. We have a couple left in stock and were switching over to the top mounted systems, so pricing for these are $4000+ shipping. These are complete systems. This is to all customers and dealers, there are no discounts from this pricing. Offer ends 1-10-2003.
Email me with any questions, [email protected].
Thanks,
Dustin Whipple

Dustin will these work on these motors?? Below is an e-mail I sent through your website on dec 24--- hadn't heard back as yet, will these work or not enought air?
I'm considering purchasing 2 whipple's for my 461cu. marine motors, started as 400 cyclones (454's). Presently they are 9:1 CR, and are producing 475 hp. with a Ultradyne 288-296-114 cam and a 850 Holley, using Imco exhaust. I'm hoping to increase my cruise speed on my 40' scarab (12,500 lbs.) Is there going to be a problem with the compression ratio ? or as long as i keep the boost down to around 4-5 will i be alright? And what kind of hp and torque gains would I be able to expect on this set-up? Thank you, if you need more info on the motors please send me an e-mail.

del sol,
These are for the MPI motors only, will not fit on your carb engines.
To answer your email (were closed doing inventory until next monday), you can expect approx. 675 hp through your engine. Not sure what your torque is now, but you should be up near or above 700lbs. I would not exceed 5lbs. of intercooled boost and I would retard your total timing curve to 30 max, preferably 28 total. Jetting is key, gotta get the jetting close or you'll detonate like crazy. You should see a large gain in cruising speed on a boat that size because torque will dramatically increase. The system I recommend for this engine is our 3.3L with the standard intercooler, $5395, black finish, comes with cross over, thermostat housing, intake, cooler, carb adapter, belt system, etc. email me directly for the winter OSO discount
mnfastboat, the new system is $6695 each, if you have MEFI 1, then you have to buy a MEFI 3. Email me and I'll quote you for everything you need, I'll give you the OSO discount
Thanks,
Dustin
