Dave and Barb- just heard, oh I am so very sorry for your loss. She was a real sweetie, and I know the saddness and hurt you feel now. Wish there was something we could do to help it go away quickly. Just give Petey lots of attention, too. I was just glad that she was able to go on a Cops run with us! Have to admit, she did lead a full and varied lifestyle.....Unfortunately, so many of us here on OSO and other friends have had the loss of a beloved pet and know first hand how special pets are to us. Dave, I'm sorry for your loss. Having always had a cat and dog as a kid, I know how attached we become with them. I never consider animals pets, there are family members, just as much as any other.

Dave and Barb, Linda and I send our sympathies. I know how hard it is to loose a loved pet. You always wonder if you made the right choice. Trust me, you did. There is no need for them to suffer like they can.

At least I got to see her a few weeks ago Dave. I'm gonna miss that little dog. For some reason she seemed to take a shine to me. Which was nice. :) I always liked having her sit on my lap. I'm sure Petey is really confused. I feel bad for him.

VERY SORRY to hear that DAVE I know how you must feel. We came very close to loosing EMMA twice now in the last year.
ABBY is sitting in my lap as I type this. She is my dog and is allways next to me when I am home.

Last March had to put down our 12 year old Maine Coon with stomach cancer:( If modern medicine could have cured him , he would have gotten the treatment necesary, but unfortunately it was beyond that.
But on a brighter note:) we now have another who will be 10 months old tomorrow:D .He's not a "replacement" but one to fill another spot in our hearts.
