I have taken your advice and on January 15 I called Eliminator
and spoke to George. I asked for Bob Leach and was told he was not in. Then I asked for Brent Leach and he said he was in the back, to please hold. He came back 5 minutes and told me that Brent had left for the day. If any of you are interested in my surveyer's report I will gladly post it. If any of you are thinking of purchasing an Eliminator please contact me so I can take the guess work out of your decision.

I just spoke to Lance w/ Eliminator. His role there is not warranty but I told him about your problem and this post on OSO. Lance said he would go to the right person and try and help you. Just trying to help you and Eliminator at the same time - BH

I would like to thank all of you for the help with eliminator. As of 1/21 Lance has agreed (as per brett) to replace all parts except labor costs. I guess thats the best i could do; other than going to court and costing me more money. Thanks again and I'll keep you posted.
