Default Planning A Visit To Key West

My wife and I are planning a visit to Florida in early March. We've visited Key West for the last several years and those "spring break rates'' are a killer! We plan to stay out there just a few days. Anyone have a condo or know where there's decent hotel with great rates that does'nt look like the Bates Hotel ?

We stayed at, I think 1800 Atlantic ave? 1800 something. In between The Reach and the Marriot on the East side. Nice oceanfront two bed two bath condo for a lot less.

We stayed at the Wyndham Reach Resort and it was pretty pricey but I see it says new lower rates.

Check out the web cams of Key West.

2001- Banana Bay resort is nice. Reasonable Rates

2002- Fairfield Inn.

Both places are on the main road into downtown Key West. 5 minute ride to Duval St.

Thanks for all the info everyone. I'll start clicking away. That is unless someone is holding out on an extra set of keys.

Cig1988 We go to the keys every new years. We charter with Rob on his 38 Sonic from www.speedboatrides.com . It is a killertime. Could be something to consider. Rob really knows the area.
