what do you think this will run??

I am going to look at a 87 cafe'racer in the morning with new 500 hp 454"s with new bravo drives. the engines are new and i dont know the props yet. I have friends with 35's that run anywhere frome 65 to 85 depending on power. I think it might go about 69 -70 I will use the engines for about a year then upgrade to 540 blower motors or better. just wondering what to expect anyone have any input????
