Default Navy HSB

I picked one up and have few questions. ive read as many articles as I can on these boats, this one has the usual forklift hole on starboard side and has 2 1" holes, one next to keel, one on first strake. It's a Kevlar hull, I've done fiberglass with epoxy, assuming the patch/plug process is the same? Lots of military equipment still on the boat, would like someone with knowledge of the boats to chime in and help with some of the equipment explanations. So far it looks like a fun boat, def bigger than the pictures make them look

Patch with fiberglass (what weight) or Kevlar, or with the damage being so high above waterline, just fill with epoxy filler and then fair it smooth

Well bud I gotta be honest I have no clue as of yet. It will be a helluva project overall as it needs hull repair and is completely stripped from the pics I have seen of it.

Haven't even seen it in person yet but for free and from the pics I have seen I simply cannot pass it up. Well it's going to cost me some fuel to get it here but other than that I do not see how I can go wrong. Have done a bunch of reading up on them today and the only thing I don't care for too much is the weight. Then again that's not a huge issue with me either. But from looking at the pics and other photos online we will likely be re-configuring it from the dash back.
