Hey, our old hydroplanes all used 2 blade props. Most efficient there is. Dont need prop lift on an air effect hull.

I usually use a 26 Bravo 1. I have a labbed 25 Mirage plus that was bumped up to a 26 that I use on occasion.

Speaking of props. What is the difference between a regualar bravo prop and a cleaver type prop?

Mine has three, thinking of getting it tweaked a little bit.

Do you really run faster with 3 compared to 4? How much?

There should be some fractional vote options for those that boat on Il Chain of Lakes.

I use a Rev4.

Curt, I run 2mph faster with a Mirage Plus than I do with my Bravo 1's. Doesn't sound like much, but thats all it takes to push the gps over 70mph.

I run a tweaked 4-blade Bravo one. Was 26p now is 25p. tried a 3-blade and with the agressive X dimension took forever to get on plane and lost 5mph on top end. :p

Sean, I was just going to ask when are they going to come out with 6 blades. Does someone already make them?
