Just a reminder to everyone please dont take anything you have for advantage because you never know when it will end.

I just lost a good friend of mine who was 21 years old and died of a heart attack while wokring out. I know this is not the place of this but sometimes friends are all we have.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. You will be in my thoughts. 21 is so young. That is so very sad.
