Flipping through the channels and saw a white 38 Cigarette. Out jumps this guy they have dressed in a white polo and a captains hat. Looked more like a blow boat costume to me Any guesses on the movie? There is no prize for the correct answer but I'll post a little later if nobody knows.
The movie was "Where the Boys are, '84" The guy who "owned" the Cigarette was made out to be the dweeb Anyway the boat was no longer on the screen and the bikini contest ended so I turned the channel.
