But I did want to here more of the history here, and there. I agree with what has been said, there is lots of room for all boat sites. I find the real difference from FB to here is the general atmospher(and the spell check option!). My opinion, I like it better over there, Thats why I go there first in the mornning. Doesn't mean this site sucks. Thats just my taste. I find to many nonrelated boat threads are started here, and there boring to. $hit theres one started today called snow! People have posted how much snow they have, are going to get, and how they fell about it. Boring! That is one big difference. But I still find myself checking them out, so I guess I find the general discution area a little to general. But the Teck, has helped me lots. So for what its worth, thats my take.
Then if you like it better there why the hell are you here????

It's just like titty bars. You have your favorite, but still have to go to them all!

Both sites have their merits; however, when one tries to capitalize on the previous success of the other - i.e. offshoreOnly.net - that deserves the proper amount of scorn and the appropriate cease and desist letter (right Jeff?). Pick your favorite or don't. Like I said, they both have their merits. Do not, however, take a chickensh*t business path of stealing another person's/company's well earned goodwill and name and employ it for your own personal gain without proper authorization. Thus endeth the sermon.

Lightbulb back in October.........

When we did the crossing to The Bahamas back in Oct , the owner of that copy site said he was coming with us. I told him Steve w/ OSO was going and he said - NO THANKS - well too bad . I just remembered, I did register on that copy board - please ban me. Steve you have done a great job developing this site - I'll take the original anyday - BH

Diversity is why Canada Jeff said he comes here Packinair. Did you not read his whole post? What is wrong with diversity?
