Hallett Regatta

This morning, Nancy & I looked at the plans and visited the site of this years Hallett Regatta. WOW! Its going to be really something, exceeding everything in the past, and thats hard to do. One of our chores besides being a checkpoint, is to communicate here on the web the goings on.
Since the plans are still preliminary the only thing that needs to be said, is that if you don't already have a Hallett, the boat show starts Saturday, Feb 15th and you still have time to get one before the regatta. To be continued...

leave those hallets on the trailer. they are so slow, the only way they are going to hit 80 mph is behind a ford 250 diesel pulling it.

(just kidding 2 of my buddys have them a 30 ft and the new 36 ft.)

catmando, Yes, there are supposed to be two of them in the show. I saw one finished this morning and another near done. They have to start moving in on Wednesday...
