BAJA 33 Outlaw or Boss 342
Just got back from the Atlantic City boat show. I and the Mrs. are pretty set on 1 of the above boats but are leaning towards the 342 b/c of 3y.o. and 2y.o boys and 1 on the way. The cabin seems to have more amenities than the Outlaw. Both have Merc. 496 HO. Any pros or cons? I need to make a decision. I still haven't sold my 30 Cobra Cat which is listed under misc. cats on OSO class. They don't want to accept it in trade. I thought that was weird but they offered to broker it and hold the deal open for me. I'm going to lower my price on the Cobra and see.

Chris, we are leaning more towards the 342. I like the windshield deletion but the boat on the floor has windshield, shore power, ac, boss package and seems like a good deal at $133,000. The 33 Outlaw has no ac or shorepower but the price is $119,000. Ric PS I wish that they took my trade, I would close the deal now.

If your thinking about buying a BAJA CALL RC CONGEL in Syracuse (CICERO). The number is 1-315-699-2144 ask for a guy by the name of Pat. Awesome salesman AND they will probably take your boat in trade. I bought a 02' 29 Outlaw from these guy's. I couldn't believe that my purchase price was THOUSANDS CHEAPER than the next cheapest marina (FOX). Tell them the Pizza Boy from Watkins Glen Sent you. It's a secret phrase that may save you Big $$$. Oh by the way 342 ALL the way. Oh and another thing if you have the finances go 500hp. Baja's are a touch on the heavy side. The more HP the better. I thought you were talking about buying New. Screw the damn web sites. Just Call them, tell them what you want, Get a price. It's that easy......web site shmeb site. They don't have time to update their site. I think they do like 25 mil. per year. When you think about how much a Baja cost, thats alot of freakin' boats
