Correct!
Any two-digit number, AB, can be expressed as:
(A x 10) + B ...
When you run the formula given in the link, the expression becomes:
AB - (A + B)
Therefore:
(A x 10) + B - (A + B)
Which equals:
10A + B - A - B
This reduces to
10A - A, in other words 9A!
Look at all possibilities on the chart and every multiple of 9 will have the same symbol, just different after each reload.
