Default Damaged 382 Fastec on Ebay

I saw this on usauctions.com about a week before auction started. Areal project, I was interested until they updated the information with an EIGHT INCH crack in the keel near the transom.

This boat really needs some work, but someone good with glass could have some fun.

I can't believe the bid is at $40k, it sounds like a lot of work and even if you do it yourself it's going to cost quite a bit.

Isn't that the boat that was in rack storage, when the rack collapsed?

There's one on Boat Trader Online. Same year, same everything for $126K. You could probably get this one for $50K, throw another $40K - $50k at it and really have a nice piece...at a savings.

Looks like the only thing that is not damaged is the toilet.

It went for 75100. Dont relly know much about ebay. The guy who bid 75100 has to come up with money or what? If he doesn't does somebody come and break his legs?If he doesn't pay what recourse does the seller have or does the auction start over? Whoever bid that much should have called me about a new 382.
