Thumbs up 37 GTX at Miami

I originally posted this on the OL board a few days ago, but it had limited exposure with no response.....any replies are appreciated.

I just viewed the posted pictures of the 37 GTX at Miami. It looks great!! From one of the pictures, it appears to have a small cabin. I was surprised to see only 525's in it, however I bet it's still pretty quick. Anyone know what the top speed is? Is the hull a quad-step like the 2002 37 Stiletto's? Are those flat panel video screens on the back of the front seats???

Yes, DVD screens. We are proud to annouce that Outerlimits has joined OSO as our newest sponsor and a full report on the new 37 GTX will be in the OSO News section on the Homepage shortly. The boat has not been tested yet but guesses are that the boat will be running in the 90's.

What's with the noise situation up there?

I believe the decibel limit is 82db. We're pretty careful when in view of the marine patrol so we haven't been stopped for a noise violation. A few years ago we were stopped and hassled a couple times for a "spot" safety check but other than that we haven't been bothered since.
The 37GTX with 525's should be fine. We've been wondering if we'd ever see another OL on Winni.
Will it be a permanent fixture on the lake?
