20+mpg??
So I'm eating breakfast this morning, and flipping through the recent issue of Powerboat Mag.
They had done a test on the new Mopar crew dually 4x4, Cummins, stick.
They love the truck.
Their milage calculations showed 13mpg towing 8000lb. Their empty mpgs were only 13.4???
The tow rating was some 15,500+ Lbs. and they list the GVWR at only 9K? My old school GMC is a 10K GVW. I'd think the new Mopar would be 11.5 or so..
Is Powerboat out to lunch?
I'd love to have a crew dually that honestly got 20mpgs. My crew dually with the 454 only gets 9-10. F'in 87 octane costs $1.75 now!
My '00 truck is paid for.. But a new oil burning truck could get 20mpgs...hmmmm.
