I'm not griping. I've been eating tons of food. Good stuff, too. Haven't begun any exercising at all yet. No food cravings (which is extremely odd) and slowly finding that I fill up quicker at mealtime. As soon as I can get out of the habit of eating "till it hurts", I think the weight will come off quicker.
One step at a time, though.
1 - Stop eating junk and carb-heavy foods.
2 - Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
(I'm still trying to drink more water)
3 - Eat till you're full, not till you're hurting.
(I'm fighting this one, still. Old habits are hard to break.)
