Cybersquatting Revisited

Some of you may remember a thread I posted a few weeks ago about someone who registered nelemsmarine.com in hopes of selling it to me,and when I refused, he linked it to Park Marina in Atlanta. In that thread I made some remarks about Park's involvement. It turns out that they were not involved at all. I was wrong about Park, and in fact they helped me get the link removed.I feel it appropiate to post here that anyone that got the wrong impression should know that they had nothing to do with it,and I appoligize to Park Marine for the accusations that were unfounded. Thanks to them the link was removed. Robert Nelems,Nelems Marine.

So......Robert, who owns it now? I'm glad the other dealer had nothing to do with it.

And kudos to Robert for coming on here and clearing Park's name. Classy move.

Performance boaters are a pretty loyal and integritous bunch. I know I'm not alone in saying that the circumstances of this, as they were understood at one time, rubbed me VERY much the wrong way. On occasion, I myself have made the wrong call, and when that has been made clear, I feel it my responsibility to myself and others to take responsibility, and step forward with the fix. Integrity is a HUGE concept, one that Mr. Nelems seems to have a solid grasp on. ;)

Two points for me for I guessing that one correctly. Remember, I was the one that though that park might not know anything about it. (Enought back patting)

But, What about the rest of the story. As stated above, who owns it? What is happening?

Very classy move. I'm glad it's over with.

It sounds to me that both parties displayed integrity. It's good to hear a story like that now days.

I found this with the whois utility. Looks like someone's trying to sell it. If I were you I would appeal this with Network Solutions. You could probably win this away from them on an appeal.
