New tall deck blocks on eBay...good price?

New 10.2 " 454 blocks for $500 is this a good price? Scoggins-Dickey wants $900 for a regular deck. Will these take stock intake manifolds?

    They take longer rods.
    They take longer pushrods.
    They take wider intake manifolds.
