Sorry it took me so long to get back to you all. Mike, thanks for helping with the driving, and also for your company. DJD, thanks for all your help with the problems at the boat yard.
We made it home without any mechanical problems, although the weather did hold us up for a night in Indy. But it was a great trip and we ate only the finest Mc Donald's had to offer. Now Barb and I are looking forward to the first sea-trial here in the Great Lakes, which should be around the middle of April.

We have radar to avoid those giant ice cubes in Lake Michigan. Besides, the engines run better in cold weather. We'll be out in April. That's for certain.
