Does anyone have a link to the thread that was discussing the issue of cops going into bars & giving breathalizer's and the like? I know I remember something about it, but cannot seem to find any of the articles or threads. Thanks for the help!

I was waiting for someone to bring that up after I posted this thread! Seriously, it had something to do w/ the bar's being a public facility.
