NA i'm not close to the MS river at all. I'm close to the Ross Barnett Reservoir, thats where we all go boating. Flooding shouldn't be an issue.....I hope. The Lot i'm looking at now is probably the highest.....water will flow down to the left. I'm gonna check it out more in depth this weekend but I think my minds pretty much made up.......unless the wife see's a problem which we all know how that goes ;)
