Those cost less than 400 bucks to make, and will completley mess up an entire city easily. I would hate for one to go off here.

Honestly, it sounds like a EMP from a nuke. The news was saying that other contries were trying to develop a "e-bomb", but my thought was that half the world already had them! Why do you think the military has "hardened" electronics?

Sounds like a "Pinch" from the new Oceans Eleven Movie. Do you think if they use this they will try to rob the Casino's vaults as well?
