I hope Bill Taylor is not making the same mistake ( in my opinion ) that was made in the North Carolina Poker Run back in 2001. That Poker Run was not fun. Most of the activities were held over at the Fountain Factory. Boats were kept in town on the other side of the river. Launch Ramp down the road from Reggie's place was not GOOD AT ALL. Dirt grounds and very Sandy and Dirty conditions.

I quess what I'm trying to say is not to bad mouth the North Carolina Run, but to suggest that a Poker Run that has a POOR LAUNCH SITE, POOR DOCKING, and multipule docking facillities can be a nightmare for the participants. That is one of the best features about Gananoque everthing is right there for one big festival.

Will now have to change all acommadations because of KINGSTON location. More than willing to give Kingston site a fair chance but when comparing to Gananoque it may be hard to be opened minded.

Only my thought's, I'm just not one to change things when you have a good situation already. Would be nice to hear from Bill and his people why the change.

Hey Shane,I am good thanks.Hope all is well with you. I am glad yourself and others feel that way towards Gan. I do know myself and many others behind the scenes take alot of pride in making it a great weekend for all of you. I personally wanna see it stay here.Makes no sense to move it to Kingston just because of the night life.If thats the case.I don't think it would be hard to arrange a bus shuttle or something like that to take everyone up.Make it a great night for all.
