It's a really nice boat, I love 302's. Sounds like a fair deal to me.
If it's clean and well maintained, it should make a fine boat.

be sure to check it over real good, just like on any boat you spend big money on, check the engines, drives, and look at the bottom of the hull for blisters, Baja does make a great boat for the money
