It was taken from his question and answer portion of his speech to the World Economic Forum. He was answering a question from Mr. Carey. The line is in the fifth paragraph of his answer towards the bottom of the speech.

I always chuckle that the chronic naysayers (Catmando) are allowed to be the azzholes that they are because of the freedoms that we have as citizens of the greatest country on Earth.
