Default Sears and Military Reservists

IT IS ALL ABOUT HOW YOU TREAT THE PROTECTORS OF OUR LAND.

I assume you have all seen the reports about how Sears is treating its'
reservist employees who are called up? By law, they are required to hold
their jobs open and available, but nothing more. Usually, people take a
big pay cut and lose benefits as a result of being called up...

Sears is voluntarily paying the difference in salaries and maintaining all
benefits, including medical insurance and bonus programs, for all called up
reservist employees for up to two years. I submit that Sears is an exemplary
corporate citizen and should be recognized for its' contribution.

I suggest we all shop at Sears, and be sure to find a manager to tell them why
we are there so the company gets the positive reinforcement it well deserves.

Same here. It's nice only having to buy a tool once in your life. And they're everywhere.

Thats great. I am picking up my new dishwasher tonight from Sears. I wish that everyone would support and pray for our men and women who are serving. These a-hole protesters are pissing me off. I support the right to express yourself, but if they lay in the street and block my right to go to work, they need to get run over.

That's great. I am heading by Sears hardware in a little bit; matter of fact.

Craig, can you see if you can snag two while you are there? We would like one in brushed SS please.

If they aren't looking and I can fit it in the Tahoe, It's done. We went with the black/ss mix to match the stove and fridge.

I buy anything and everything from Sears. They have a great return policy for broken things, and they repair everything you buy from them in your home.
