Cuda, I used to do the Tylenol thing milk before drinking to coat the stomach. Then with a few glasses of water after drinking until I heard the same thing ubnoxious said and stopped.

I have seen an add for a supplement at GNC that you take before and after drinking but have not tried it yet.

Since I like Crown Royal either on the rocks or with water I try to drink a glass of water between drinks to stay hydrated.

There must be something to that oxygen thing. If i'm not hurting to bad I will go for a run or spend 20-30 mins on the recumbent bike. I find if I get the blood flowing I will feel alot better.

But I usually take two advil at night with a lot of water.
In the morning, a big breakfast with Gatorade does wonders.
I mix my own gatorade and I usually double up on the mix...It helps absorb that water a lot faster...

Someone mentioned pedialite...Basically the same thing. It contains electrolites, which speeds up the rate of water absorbtion.



BTW, today is hell...

down it , and wether it stays down or comes up real quick ,either way you're gonna feel better
