Yep ready for some boating! The condo has been one big headache lately though. Hope it doesn't ruin our summer. Went down this weekend, but only got to 45* on Saturday, so we went jeeping instead. It has a heater :) I think we'll be down in two more weeks to get the boat out.

Gaspipe is somewhere in your complex. We'll have to all get together here in a few weeks.

shorty, too bad you are having trouble with the condo. Hopefully we dont have a legal headache brewing at our place right now. I guess it just goes with the turf. When you buy a condo, you are sleeping with everyone the builder slept with!!!
