I have one that I think I'm ready to part with.... It hasn't seen water in around 10 years...it's due for a resto..

3.5cc K&B water cooled outboard, starter, controls etc.. I cant guess but it probably needs to be painted, some cosmetic work, replace cables and re-waterproof control box... Motor ran well last time I used it.

The boat was pretty quick!!! I built it when I was 13 and last time I ran it I was 20 or so...
