OK all you poker run guys who else is going to run at the Metro beach Michigan poker run. Maybe we could get our wells together for a get together of our own after the run. I plan on doing this run and want to know who else is going to do it with me and my crew (my sons). How about it Sunsation, Awesome, Ocean Express are you guys coming ? This is in your backyard and you guys can show off your stuff to the fans (ok me) and the racers. Hey Tyler any of your motors going to do this thing. We have so many Builders of boats, motors and I haven't heard of anyone who has committed? Let's stand up and be counted!!! I justed talked to Mike and it sounds like a great time. I am committed to this and look forward to meeting some of you guys there.

I can't believe that I am the only one doing this run. It's 1/2 the cost of the Smoke on the water run. I thought there was a ton of "OFFSHORE" boats running on Lake St. Clair

OK, now you've piqued my interest - are there any details to this run? First I heard of it was Gary's post above. Who's sponsoring, what does it cost, etc etc. Enquiring minds want to know!

You should base your decision on the quailty of the event
and not the sponsor. We have appox twenty sponsors,
of the event, so if you dont like one sponsor you wont enter,
that sounds childress to me.
Mopra/Lscora has spent the last eight month's on putting on
a first class weekend for everybody to enjoy, If you have a problem with a sponsor please take it private.

I agree with Ragman I don't know all the sponsors and actually don't care and must have been writing it at the same time. Believe me I have had a few run in with people in the past but won't let it effect my enjoyment of my favorite sport. BOATING.

Dockrocker the runs is $500 that include a well Friday Night and I think Saturday, a pass for the park, and some meals and night entertainment. It also cover 4 people in the boat for the run. I am only having 3 people in the run, my wife is staying on shore so I can run my boat with the F-2 (class) cover on the rear seat. I like the looks of my Phantom better that way. I will have my 2 sons along for the run. This will be a blast. I just was hoping to get more OSO members on the run.

This event is going to be first class. The entry fee will cover
all meals,docking friday&saturday night.
We have VIP seating for the fireworks in downtown Mt. Clemens
on Friday night, also we booked Bugs Beddow band for Saturday night.
The only money you will need is for gas.
