Trailer Weight?

I know this may seem like an elementary question....however...I need to know the weight of a boat trailer. It carries a 3,550lb boat.

The carry cap. of the trailer is 4,600lbs. The GVWR is 5,015lbs. It is a tandem trailer with one axle braked. The GAWR for each eaxle is 2,507lbs. According to the numbers this means that the trailer is only 415lbs. Is this correct, or am I missing something?

Seems kind of light to me.

Thanks.

415 lbs seems light but based on the info you have given that is the weight. Is the trailer aluminum? 1500 lbs seems very heavy for a trailer with a 4600 lb capacity. If I had to guess I would have thought about 800 - 900 lbs.
