Anyone ever install an electric window slider for the back of their pickup??? My friends truck came with it, it was a used truck, talk about nice not having to reach all the way back there.

Where do you get them? How much we talking??? There is only so much I'll pay out to cure my laziness!!!!!

I have an 02 Ford PSD xcab

This is the only company that I know of that has a power sliding rear window. Click on the web link below.....then under the title "products" click on "search for a truck slider"....when you get there just enter your truck year, make and model info and it will list both power and manual sliders. I don't now anybody that has one, but I have seen this company advertising them for a long time.

euby, did your install include a new rear window or just the power slider equipment? It's a new truck, I don't want to replace the entire window.....

It was the whole window. The one I have the acuator(sp) was built into the window so I don't think I could have just added it to mine. It was alot easier to do the whole window anyway. I'll look tonight when I get home and see if I can find a part number, name, or something.

My father-in-law puts them in at his glass shop. Give him a call - 315-422-3075 and ask for Joe. He is located in Syracuse, NY
