The problem with the lender is they look at the average retail and for the most part will not lend more than that. If you have money down you should not have a problem unless the seller is on crack and then they will be waiting a while for the right buyer....and making payments until they find one which would be the same as lowereing the price. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
